There are several methods we use to clean carpets, including a 'low moisure' option for dry carpets within an hour. The process described below gives carpets a deep clean and they are usually dry within 2 hours.
Pre Inspection
Your carpet is thoroughly inspected before cleaning.
Furniture moving
We try to move any furniture where ever possible as a favour to any customer. For Health & Safety reasons, this is not part of our standard service.
Pre-spray
High traffic areas and spots are treated separately for more effective removal.
Traffic area preparation
Heavily soiled areas are pre-groomed by hand brush or using a rotary machine specially designed not to damage fine wool carpet.
Hot water extraction and rinse
The loosened dirt is thoroughly extracted using high pressure and hot water.
Neutralise
Every carpet we clean is PH balanced.
Post spot treatment
This includes treatment of spots and stains such as urine.
Application of Protection Treatment
A Teflon Protector is applied, and the carpet pile is groomed to work in the application and to speed the drying process.
Post Inspection
A thorough inspection together with a request for feedback is made to ensure full satisfaction.
